The roof top tent for a vehicle having a thermoelectric heating/cooling structure comprises: a lower case installed on the roof of a vehicle; an upper case coupled to the lower case to be opened or closed; a tent installed between the lower case and the upper case to provide an indoor space; and a thermoelectric-type cooling/heating device installed in the lower case to cool/heat the indoor space of the tent.
