본 발명은 교면 상에 구비되어 방수 기능 및 아스콘 포장 전 임시 보호 기능을 제공하는 보호시트를 포함하는 교면방수층용 그물 구조물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 교면방수층 시공방법으로서, 낮은 온도에서 용융하는 얇은 필름 및 격자를 갖는 네트를 일체화한 필름층을 구비하는 보호시트를 교량방수 시공에 사용함으로써 아스콘 포장 시 포설온도만으로 접착력을 향상시킬 수 있으며 아스콘 포장 전 임시 보호 기능을 하는 동시에 아스콘의 골재를 잡아주어 밀림현상 등의 결함을 최소화할 수 있는 교면방수공법을 제공할 수 있다.
