The present invention relates to a device for supplying emergency power for a digital door lock to convert a connection method of a battery holder provided in a digital door lock device from a parallel connection method to a series connection method or from a series connection method to a parallel connection method and supply emergency power by rotating a door lock opening/closing means, and a driving method thereof. The device for supplying emergency power for a digital door lock comprises: a battery holder; a second battery holder; a motor drive module; a series/parallel conversion switch module; and a target voltage adjustment circuit selection switch module.
