본 발명은 3연동도어를 구축하는 제1, 제2 도어의 슬라이드 이동에 의한 개폐동작시에 도어클로저를 설치하여 자동으로 도어가 닫혀 편리성을 제고하고, 중량체 도어를 안정적으로 행거식으로 지지하여 하부레일의 구조가 필요 없이 원활한 슬라이드 이동은 물론 좌우 개폐에 따른 슬라이드 이동시에 도어의 전, 후유동으로 인한 흔들림을 최대한 억제하여 개페동작이 제공되는 반자동 행거식 3연동도어를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 동일 구조인 상, 하부 수평프레임(30,40)의 절개부(32, 42)에 상기 좌,우측 수직프레임(10,20)을 조립하고, 상기 상, 하부 수평프레임(30,40)의 내부에는 스크류세팅돌기(33,43)가 각각 성형되어 상기 좌, 우측 수직프레임(10,20)을 나사로 고정하여 도어를 쉽고 견고하게 조립할 수 있다. 또한 좌측 문틀프레임(F1)에 설치된 도어클로저(4)의 견인와이어(5)와 가이드레일(70b, 70c)에 각각 설치된 제1, 제2 완충실린더(P1,P2)의 이중 완충장치와 롤러조립체(60)의 각 롤러(64) 및 제1, 2 유동방지부재(81,84)의 제1, 2 안내롤러(82,85)는 각각의 중심축에 합성수지고무로 된 롤러몸체(69,89)로 구성되어 진동 및 소음을 최소화하는 것에 의해 달성될 수 있다.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide three interlocked doors of a semiautomatic hanger type, which has a door closer installed therein to automatically close the doors during an opening and closing operation by sliding of first and second doors constructing the three interlocked doors, thereby improving convenience, and stably supports the heavy doors in a hanger manner to have no need for the structure of lower rails, thereby enabling smooth sliding, and to suppress shaking caused by forward and backward movement of the doors during sliding thereof according to lateral opening and closing, thereby enabling the opening and closing operation. Left and right vertical frames (10, 20) are assembled to cut portions (32, 42) of upper and lower horizontal frames (30, 40) having the same structure. Screw setting protrusions (33, 43) are formed inside the upper and lower horizontal frames (30, 40), respectively. The left and right vertical frames (10, 20) are fixed with screws so that the doors can be assembled easily and firmly. In addition, the three interlocked doors comprises: the traction wire (5) of a door closer (4) installed on a left door frame (F1); the dual buffer devices of first and second buffer cylinders (P1, P2) installed on guide rails (70b, 70c); and the respective rollers (64) of a roller assembly (60) and the first and second guide rollers (82,85) of first and second movement prevention members (81,84) which are formed as roller bodies (69, 89) made of synthetic resin rubber on respective central axes, thereby minimizing vibration and noise.
