조립식 부재는 제1 철근 부재를 감싸는 콘크리트를 포함하는 제1 콘크리트 블럭 및 일부는 상기 제1 콘크리트 블럭 내부에 배치되고 나머지는 상기 제1 콘크리트 블럭으로부터 돌출되며 돌출된 부분에 제1 결합공이 형성된 제1 결합 부재를 포함하는 제1 부재 모듈; 상기 제1 콘크리트 블럭과 마주하게 배치되며 제2 철근 부재를 감싸는 콘크리트를 포함하는 제2 콘크리트 블럭 및 일부는 상기 제2 콘크리트 블럭 내부에 배치되고 나머지는 상기 제1 결합 부재와 중첩되게 상기 제2 콘크리트 블럭으로부터 돌출되며 돌출된 부분에 제2 결합공이 형성된 제2 결합 부재를 포함하는 제2 부재 모듈; 상호 정렬된 상기 제1 및 제2 결합공을 통해 상기 제1 및 제2 결합 부재들을 상호 결합하는 체결 부재; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 결합 부재들과 대응하는 상기 제1 및 제2 부재 모듈들 사이의 공간에 채워진 마감부재를 포함한다.
A prefabricated member includes: a first member module including a first concrete block including concrete surrounding a first rebar member, and a first coupling member having a part disposed in the first concrete block, having the other part protruding from the first concrete block and having a first coupling hole formed in the protruding part; a second member module including a second concrete block disposed to face the first concrete block and including concrete surrounding a second rebar member, and a second coupling member having a part disposed in the second concrete block, having the other part protruding from the second concrete block to be overlapped with the first coupling member and having a second coupling hole formed in the protruding part; a coupling member coupling the first and second coupling members with each other through the first and second coupling holes aligned with each other; a finishing member filling a space between the first and second member modules corresponding to the first and second coupling members. Therefore, the present invention is capable of considerably improving the strength of the prefabricated member.
