THAWING DEVICE WITH STEAM
The present invention relates to an automated thaw using steam to automatically control the operation of a heater for heating fluid inside a tank in accordance with the pressure variations inside the tank measured by a pressure meter and to automatically control the flow of fluid into the tank and the operation of the heater in accordance with the level of fluid inside the tank. The automated thaw using steam comprises: a case; a tank fixated to the inside of the case and having an accepting space joined to a fluid inlet and a steam outlet; a heater installed in the lower side of the accepting space of the tank to heat fluid inside the accepting space; a pressure meter to measure the pressure inside the accepting space of the tank; a pair of water level detection electrode pipes formed downward from the upper side of the accepting space of the tank in a vertical direction to have different lengths; and a controller to control the steam generation inside the accepting space.
본 발명은 스팀 해빙기에 관한 것으로, 특히 압력 측정기에서 측정한 탱크 내 압력 변화에 따라, 상기 탱크 내 유체를 가열하기 위한 히터의 구동 여부를 자동으로 제어하고, 더 나아가 상기 탱크 내 유체 수위에 따라, 상기 히터의 구동 여부 및 상기 탱크 내로 유체의 유입 단속을 자동으로 제어할 수 있는 자동화 스팀 해빙기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 자동화 스팀 해빙기를 이루는 구성수단은, 케이스, 상기 케이스 내부에 고정 배치되되, 증기 발생용 유체를 수용할 수 있는 수용 공간이 형성되고, 상기 수용 공간에 유체를 유입하기 위한 유체 유입관과 상기 수용 공간에서 발생한 증기를 외부로 배출하기 위한 증기 배출관이 결합되어 있는 탱크, 상기 탱크의 수용 공간 하측에 설치되어 상기 수용 공간 내의 유체를 가열하는 히터, 상기 탱크의 수용 공간 내의 압력을 측정하는 압력측정기, 상기 탱크의 수용 공간 내에 수용되는 유체의 최대 허용 수위와 최소 허용 수위를 감지하기 위하여, 상기 탱크의 수용 공간 상부에서 하측으로 수직하게 형성되되, 서로 다른 길이를 가지는 한쌍의 수위 감지 전극관, 상기 히터를 구동하여 상기 수용 공간 내의 유체를 가열함으로써, 상기 수용 공간 내에 증기가 발생되도록 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 압력측정기에서 측정한 상기 수용 공간의 내부 압력이 최대 허용 압력 초과시, 상기 히터 구동이 정지될 수 있도록 제어하고, 상기 압력측정기에서 측정한 상기 수용 공간의 내부 압력이 최소 허용 압력 미만시, 상기 히터가 구동될 수 있도록 제어하며, 상기 수위 감지 전극관을 통해 상기 수용 공간 내의 유체 수위가 최소 허용 수위 미만인 것으로 감지된 경우, 상기 히터의 구동이 정지되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 스팀 해빙기에 관한 것으로, 특히 압력 측정기에서 측정한 탱크 내 압력 변화에 따라, 상기 탱크 내 유체를 가열하기 위한 히터의 구동 여부를 자동으로 제어하고, 더 나아가 상기 탱크 내 유체 수위에 따라, 상기 히터의 구동 여부 및 상기 탱크 내로 유체의 유입 단속을 자동으로 제어할 수 있는 자동화 스팀 해빙기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 자동화 스팀 해빙기를 이루는 구성수단은, 케이스, 상기 케이스 내부에 고정 배치되되, 증기 발생용 유체를 수용할 수 있는 수용 공간이 형성되고, 상기 수용 공간에 유체를 유입하기 위한 유체 유입관과 상기 수용 공간에서 발생한 증기를 외부로 배출하기 위한 증기 배출관이 결합되어 있는 탱크, 상기 탱크의 수용 공간 하측에 설치되어 상기 수용 공간 내의 유체를 가열하는 히터, 상기 탱크의 수용 공간 내의 압력을 측정하는 압력측정기, 상기 탱크의 수용 공간 내에 수용되는 유체의 최대 허용 수위와 최소 허용 수위를 감지하기 위하여, 상기 탱크의 수용 공간 상부에서 하측으로 수직하게 형성되되, 서로 다른 길이를 가지는 한쌍의 수위 감지 전극관, 상기 히터를 구동하여 상기 수용 공간 내의 유체를 가열함으로써, 상기 수용 공간 내에 증기가 발생되도록 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 압력측정기에서 측정한 상기 수용 공간의 내부 압력이 최대 허용 압력 초과시, 상기 히터 구동이 정지될 수 있도록 제어하고, 상기 압력측정기에서 측정한 상기 수용 공간의 내부 압력이 최소 허용 압력 미만시, 상기 히터가 구동될 수 있도록 제어하며, 상기 수위 감지 전극관을 통해 상기 수용 공간 내의 유체 수위가 최소 허용 수위 미만인 것으로 감지된 경우, 상기 히터의 구동이 정지되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
