DOOR HINGE APPARATUS INCLUDING DOOR CHECKER IN A BODY
The present invention relates to a door hinge apparatus. An objective of the present invention is to provide a door checker-integrated door hinge apparatus wherein a checker means performing a door checker function is integrated into a door hinge. To achieve the objective, the door checker-integrated door hinge apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a first bracket mounted on a vehicle body and on which a hinge shaft is mounted; a second bracket mounted on a side of a door and mounted on the first bracket by a checker unit to rotate relative to the first bracket when the door opens and closes; and the checker unit installed and interposed between the first bracket and the second bracket to produce a shift feel when the second bracket rotates.
본 발명은 차량의 도어 힌지 장치에 관한 것으로, 도어 체커의 기능을 수행하는 체커수단을 도어 힌지에 일체로 조립하여 구성한 도어 체커 일체형 도어 힌지 장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 발명에서는, 차체 측에 장착되고 힌지축이 결합되는 제1브라켓; 도어 측에 장착되어 도어 개폐시 상기 제1브라켓에 대해 회전될 수 있도록 하기 체커부를 매개로 결합되는 제2브라켓; 상기 제1브라켓과 제2브라켓 사이에 개재되도록 설치되고 상기 제2브라켓의 회전시 연동하여 절도감을 발생시키는 체커부;를 포함하는 도어 체커 일체형 도어 힌지 장치를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a door hinge apparatus.
