SETTING AGENT FOR EMULSIFIED POLYMER-ASPHALT WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
Disclosed are a hardening agent for an aqueous rubberized asphalt film waterproofing material and a method for producing the same. According to a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the hardening agent comprises: 21 to 45 wt% of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate; 18 to 35 wt% of a polyurethane prepolymer; 1 to 5 wt% of a surfactant; and 40 to 60 wt% of cement. According to the present invention, an aqueous film waterproofing material is formed into a particular thickness and hardened in a short time, so that a next process may be directly performed. Bubbles are not generated in a waterproof layer or on a surface thereof, so that physical properties such as the sealing properties, strength, and extension percentage of a film layer are not affected. A particular film thickness may be produced through one-time construction, so that construction time may be reduced.
수성 고무화 아스팔트 도막 방수재용 경화제 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따르면, 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트 21 중량% 내지 45 중량%, 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머(Polyurethane Prepolymer) 18 중량% 내지 35 중량%, 계면활성제 1 중량% 내지 5 중량% 및 시멘트 40 중량% 내지 60 중량%를 포함하는 수성 고무화 아스팔트 도막방수재용 경화제가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 수용성 도막방수재를 소정의 두께로 시공한 후 짧은 시간 내에 경화되어 곧바로 후속공정으로 진행할 수 있고, 방수층 내부 및 표면에 기포가 발생되지 않아 도막층의 밀실성 및 강도 및 신장률 등의 물성에 영향을 미치지 않고, 1회 시공으로 소정의 도막 두께를 형성할 수 있어 시공 시간을 단축할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
