COMPOSITION FOR SOFT GROUND CONSTRUCTION PILE
The present invention relates to a milk grouting material for bored pile construction, and more specifically, to a milk grouting material for bored pile construction, which can implement performance higher than a type one cement by using petroleum coke desulfurization plaster, cement, and an expansion agent to blast furnace slag powder to replace the type one cement, prevents loss of a milk solution caused by underground water existed between a perforated hole and a bored pile highly improving end bearing capacity and skin friction force of the bored pile compared to an existing cement milk solution. The milk grouting material for bored pile construction comprises: 5-200 parts by weight of petroleum coke desulfurization plaster having more than or equal to 50 wt% calcium oxide and more than or equal to 15 wt% of sulfate oxide; and 50-300 parts by weight of mixing water.
본 발명은 매입말뚝 시공용 밀크주입재에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 매입말뚝 시공용 밀크주입재로 가장 널리 사용되는 1종 보통시멘트를 대체하기 위하여 고로슬래그 미분말에 페트로 코크스 탈황석고, 시멘트 및 팽창제를 이용하여 1종 시멘트와 동등 이상 성능을 발현할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 체적 팽창작용을 이용하여 천공 구멍과 매입말뚝 사이에 존재할 수 있는 지하수에 의한 밀크액의 유실을 방지하여 매입 말뚝의 선단지지력 및 주면마찰력을 기존 시멘트 밀크액에 비하여 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 매입말뚝 시공용 밀크주입재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 매입말뚝 시공용 밀크주입재는 고로슬래그 미분말 100중량부에 대하여, 칼슘 옥사이드(Calcium oxide) 함량이 50중량% 이상이고 설페이트 옥사이드(Sulfate oxide) 함량이 15중량% 이상인 페트로 코크스 탈황석고 5~200중량부와, 배합수 50~300중량부를 포함한다.
