PRECAST CONCRETE HAUNCH BLOCKS AND IT'S BRIDGE UPPER STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHODS
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a precast concrete haunch block capable of conveniently being installed in a field at low construction costs, obtain excellent durability, and improve a strength of an upper flange of a steel girder; and to provide a method to construct an upper structure of a bridge using a precast haunch block. To achieve the above purpose, the precast concrete haunch block in accordance to the present invention is characterized by including wall units having a predetermined thickness arranged to face each other, and a plurality of connecting steel members embedded into a space between the wall units connected to each other across a space between the wall units. To achieve this purpose, the method to construct the upper structure of a bridge using the precast concrete haunch block in accordance to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a step of manufacturing the precast concrete haunch block; a step of placing the steel girder on an abutment and a pier; a step of integrating the upper flange of the steel girder and the precast concrete haunch block by placing and curing concrete inside the precast concrete haunch block; and a step of forming a slab by installing the deck plate on the top surface of the precast concrete haunch block, and placing and curing the concrete.
본 발명은 현장 시공성이 간편하고, 공사비가 저렴하며, 내구성이 뛰어남과 동시에 강재거더의 상부플랜지 강성을 증대시킬 수 있도록 한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 헌치블록 및 이를 이용한 교량 상부구조물 시공방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 프리캐스트 콘크리트 헌치블록은 소정의 두께 및 폭을 갖고, 상호 대향되게 배치되는 벽체부와; 상기 벽체부 간을 가로질러 다수개가 매립 연결되는 연결강재로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 프리캐스트 콘크리트 헌치블록을 이용한 교량 상부구조물 시공방법은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 헌치블록을 제작하는 단계; 교대 및 교각 상에 강재거더를 거치하는 단계; 상기 강재거더의 상부플랜지 상에 프리캐스트 콘크리트 헌치블록을 거치하는 단계; 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 헌치블록 내에 콘크리트를 타설 및 양생시켜 강재거더의 상부플랜지와 프리캐스트 콘크리트 헌치블록을 합성하는 단계; 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 헌치블록 상면에 데크플레이트를 설치하고, 콘크리트를 타설 및 양생시켜 슬래브를 형성하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
