CONNECTION METHOD OF CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE
The present invention enables an end part of a corrugated steel pipe having a corrugated cutting surface to evenly and tightly be attached to more closely be connected. The connection method of a corrugated steel pipe significantly improves construction efficiency and a construction quality in accordance with connection of the corrugated steel pipe. According to the present invention, both sides packings (20) installed in each end part of both side corrugated steel pipe (10) of an object to be connected to surround the corrugated cutting surface (11) come in contact with each other to be connected. An annular intermediate strut (30) is disposed between both side packings (20) installed in each end part of the both side corrugated steel pipe (10) to face each other. The end part of both side corrugated steel pipe (10) having each side packing (20) is closely attached to both sides of the intermediate strut (30) so as to enable both side corrugated steel pipe (10) to more tightly be connected by interaction of the both side packings (20) and the intermediate strut (30).
본 발명은 파형문향의 절단면이 존재하는 파형강관의 단부를 균일한 밀착상태로 더욱 긴밀히 접속시킬 수 있도록 구성하여서, 파형강관을 연결하는데 따른 시공능률과 시공품질을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있게 하여 주는 파형강관의 접속방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명의 파형강관의 접속방법은 연결 대상의 양측 파형강관(10)의 단부에 각각 파형문향의 절단면(11)을 감싸도록 장착한 양측 패킹(20)을 서로 맞대어서 접속되도록 한 것에 있어서, 상기 양측 파형강관(10)의 단부에 각기 장착되어 마주하는 양측 패킹(20) 사이에 환상형의 중간 버팀재(30)를 배치하고, 상기 양측 패킹(20)이 각기 장착되어 있는 양측 파형강관(10)의 단부를 상기 중간 버팀재(30)의 양쪽에 밀착시켜서, 상기 양측 패킹(20)과 중간 버팀재(30)의 상호작용으로 상기 양측 파형강관(10)이 더욱 긴밀히 접속되도록 한 것이다.
