SOUND PROOFING MATERIALS FOR INTER LAYER NOISE
The present invention relates to a floor noise preventing member including an air cap layer wherein multiple air caps filled with air are arranged to be planar and preventing thermal conduction or blocking noise using the air caps; an adhesive layer joined to one surface of the air cap layer and having adhesive power to be attached to an inner wall of a building; and a finishing member joined to the other surface of the air cap layer and having patterns shown to the outside. Accordingly, a soundproof effect, a vibration-reduction effect, and an insulation effect are obtained, and the effects can be increased by stacking and joining at least two air caps or additionally joining a reinforcing material and an insulating material or an incombustible material. In addition, the present invention is capable of dispersing aroma indoors by filling the air caps with a perfumed gas and bursting the air caps, enables children to draw on the finishing member according to a material of the finishing member, and is capable of attaching a toy with a magnet for children on the finishing member. Additionally, the present invention is capable of replacing the floor noise preventing member by separating a molding cover from a molding bar when a user desires to replace one among the multiple floor noise preventing members.
본 발명에 따른 층간소음 방지 부재는 공기가 채워지는 다수의 에어캡이 평면적으로 배열되도록 형성되고, 에어캡에 의해 열전도 또는 소음을 억제하도록 하는 에어캡층; 에어캡층의 일측면에 결합되고, 건축물의 내벽에 부착되기 위한 점착력을 가지도록 마련되는 점착층; 에어캡층의 타측면에 결합되고, 외부로 표현되기 위한 디자인이 마련되는 마감부재;를 포함한다. 따라서, 방음효과, 방진효과 및 단열효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 보강재, 단열재 또는 불연성부재를 추가로 결합하거나 에어캡을 2개 이상 적층 결합함으로서, 상기 효과를 더욱 높일 수 있다. 또한, 에어캡에 향기 나는 기체를 채우고 에어캡을 터트려서 실내에 향기를 퍼지게 할 수 있고, 마감부재의 소재에 따라 어린이들이 그림을 그릴수 있게 하거나, 자석이 부착된 어린이용 완구를 부착할 수도 있다. 아울러, 다수개의 층간소음 방지 부재 중 어느 하나를 교체하고자 하는 경우 몰딩커버를 몰딩바에서 분리하여 층간소음 방지 부재를 교체하여 사용할 수 있다.
