HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
According to the present invention, a hydraulic system for construction equipment can realize characteristics of the turning operation of the upper body of a closed loop turning independent hydraulic system at the same or equivalent level of the characteristics of the turning operation of the upper body of the conventional construction equipment by tuning the characteristics of the turning operation of the pressure of a pilot in the conventional hydraulic system. The hydraulic system includes: a main pump (43) which has a two way type; and a turning motor (50) which receives working fluid with pressure from the main pump (43) and rotates the upper turning body of an excavator. In addition, the main pump (43) and the turning motor (50) are formed in a closed loop.
본 발명에 따른 건설기계의 유압시스템은, 폐쇄형 루프 선회독립 유압시스템에서 파일럿 (pilot) 압력에 대한 선회작동의 특성을 튜닝할 수 있도록 하여 상부체 선회작동의 특성을 기존에 사용하였던 건설기계의 상부체 선회작동의 특성과 동일하거나 유사하게 구현할 수 있도록 한다.
