WINDOW FRAME HAVING A PREFABRICATED RAIL
The present invention relates to a window frame having a prefabricated rail capable of improving a rollability of a roller in a sliding opening of a pair of windows by applying an aluminum rail to a PVC window frame, and simply having a drain hole to discharge condensation liquid water on one side of the rail. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the window frame (100) to which the pair of windows is coupled to slidingly be opened and closed comprises: a synthetic resin body (110) having a coupling groove (111) formed on an inner circumference in a direction where the windows are slidingly opened and closed; and a prefabricated metal rail (120) fitted in the coupling groove (111). The present invention improves rollability of the roller in the sliding opening and closing of the windows by applying the aluminum rail to the PVC window frame; reduces man-hour by forming a discharge unit for the condensation liquid water using a method of fitting a coupling member with the drain hole on one side of the rail; and improves insulation performance by coupling a cover profile with a gasket to the inner side surface of the window frame to block a gap between the window frame and the windows.
본 발명은 PVC 재질의 창틀프레임에 알루미늄 재질의 레일을 적용함으로써 창짝의 슬라이딩 개폐시 롤러의 구름성을 향상시킬 수 있음과 아울러, 레일의 일측에 간단하게 결로수 배출용 배수공을 마련해 줄 수 있도록 한 조립식 레일을 구비한 창틀프레임에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 창짝이 슬라이딩 개폐가능하게 결합되는 창틀프레임에 있어서, 상기 창틀프레임(100)은, 내주면에 상기 창짝의 슬라이딩 개폐방향을 따라 결합홈(111)이 구비되는 합성수지 재질의 몸체(110); 및 상기 결합홈(111)에 끼움 결합되는 금속재질의 조립식 레일(120);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, PVC 재질의 창틀프레임에 알루미늄 재질의 레일을 적용함으로써 창짝의 슬라이딩 개폐시 롤러의 구름성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 레일의 일측에 배수공이 구비된 결합부재를 끼움 결합하는 방식으로 결로수 배출수단을 마련해줌으로써 작업공수를 줄일 수 있으며, 창틀프레임의 내부 측면에 가스켓이 구비된 커버프로파일을 결합하여 창틀프레임과 창짝 사이의 틈새를 막아줌으로써 단열성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
