MOHAIR INSERTING DEVICE FOR WINDOW FRAME
The present invention relates to a device for inserting mohair capable of simply and easily inserting and fixing mohair for airtightness on one side of a profile for a window frame and preventing the mohair from being jammed when the mohair is inserted. To achieve the objective, the present invention comprises: a mohair supply part (110) to supply mohair (10) to one side of a profile (1) for a window frame transferred in a specific direction; a guide part (120) to guide the supplied mohair (10) to a fitting groove (5) arranged on a groove part (3) of the profile (1); and a pressing roller part (130) having a pressing roller (133) to press the mohair (10) guided by the guide part (120) so that the mohair can be fitted in the fitting groove (5). The present invention can conveniently and easily insert and fix the mohair in the fitting groove formed on one side of the extruded profile for a window frame and can improve productivity by preventing the mohair from being jammed when the mohair is inserted.
본 발명은 창호 제작용 프로파일의 일측에 기밀유지용 모헤어를 간단하면서 용이하게 삽입 고정할 수 있으며, 삽입 작업시 모헤어가 씹히는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 모헤어 삽입용 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 일방향으로 이송되는 창호용 프로파일(1)의 일측에 모헤어(10)를 공급해주는 모헤어 공급부(110); 상기 공급되는 모헤어(10)를 상기 프로파일(1)의 홈부(3)에 구비된 끼움홈(5)으로 유도해주는 가이드부(120); 및 상기 가이드부(120)에 의해 유도된 모헤어(10)를 가압하여 상기 끼움홈(5) 내에 끼움 결합해주는 가압롤러(133)를 구비하는 가압롤러부(130);를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 압출 성형되는 창호용 프로파일 일측의 끼움홈에 모헤어를 간단하면서 용이하게 삽입 고정할 수 있으며, 모헤어의 삽입 공정시 모털이 씹히는 것을 방지할 수 있음에 따라 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
