The present invention relates to a median capable of maximizing an impact absorb effect using elasticity obtained by forming a bellows-type bent unit on the lower part of a median capable of guiding a vehicle to drive according to the progressing direction not to drive over the centerline by being installed on the centerline of a road, minimizing damage to vehicle and casualties, and enabling a driver to easily recognize the centerline by forming a rotary recognition plate on the upper part. A median body is formed into a hollow rod to make the inside of the body communicate with the lower part. An adhesive groove adhering to a reflection sheet is formed on the outer circumference. A neck unit capable of being easily bent is formed on the lower side of the body. A fixing flange with an anchor bolt hole coupling an anchor bolt is integrally formed on the lower circumference of the neck unit to be easily fixed to the road. The neck unit includes a bellows part, thereby being easily bent. A joining hole with a sliding groove is formed on the upper part of the body to be communicated with the inside. A sliding protrusion corresponding to the sliding groove is formed on a coupling pin of a pinwheel with at least two reflecting surfaces is formed, and the pinwheel is joined to the joining hole on the upper part of the body to be able to rotate. The fixing flange is insert-formed to be integrated with an inner fixing plate. A reinforcing spring insert-formed inside the bellow part of the neck unit is fixed by the fixing flange to be integrated.
본 발명은 도로의 중앙선상에 설치되어 차량이 중앙선을 침범하지 못하도록 도로를 진행방향별로 구획해주는 중앙분리대의 하단에 자바라식 주름으로 된 절곡부를 형성하여 탄성을 갖도록 함으로써 차량충돌시 충격흡수효과를 극대화할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 운전자의 안전 및 차량의 파손을 최소화할 수 있는 것은 물론 상단에 회전식 식별판을 구성하여 운전자가 중앙선을 쉽게 식별하도록 한 도로 중앙분리대에 관한 것으로, 몸체의 내부가 하단으로 관통하도록 빈 중공의 봉으로 형성하고 외주면에는 반사시트를 접착하는 접착홈을 형성하며, 상기 몸체의 아래측에는 절곡이 용이한 목부를 형성하며, 목부의 하단 주연에는 도로에 고정이 용이하도록 앵커볼트를 결합하는 앵커볼트공이 형성된 고정용플랜지를 일체로 형성하며, 여기서 상기 목부는 다수의 자바라식 주름을 형성하여 절곡이 용이하도록 구성하며, 상기 몸체의 상단에는 미끄럼홈를 형성한 결합공을 내부와 연통하도록 구성하고, 적어도 2개 이상의 반사면이 형성된 바람개비의 결합핀에 상기 미끄럼홈과 일치하는 미끄럼돌기를 형성하여, 상기 몸체 상단의 결합공에 바람개비를 회동하도록 결합하며, 상기 고정용플랜지는 내부에 고정판을 일체로 인써트 사출하되, 목부의 자바라식 주름 내부에 인써트 성형되는 보강스프링을 일체로 고정하여 구성한다.
