MORTAR COMPOSITION FOR BUILDING COMPRISING DESULFURIZED GYPSUM HEMIHYDRATE
The present invention relates to a mortar composition for a building containing desulfurized gypsum hemihydrate and, more specifically, to a mortar composition for a building, capable of solving a weak point such as the generation of a crack due to contraction in curing and the delay of construction periods due to the delay of curing time which cement mortar occurs, by adding a retarder and a high-range water-reducing agent and including desulfurization gypsum hemihydrate and natural anhydrite gypsum. The present invention also can provide economic profits for consumers by utilizing by-product gypsum, which is used as a low value resource or wasted by being classified as a pollutant, as a high value product through a comparably simple process since the desulfurization gypsum hemihydrate manufactured of desulfurization gypsum generated as by-product of a smoke exhaustion desulfurization process. Moreover, the present invention can solve problems due to the increase of the amount of the by-product gypsum.
본 발명은 탈황반수석고를 포함하는 건축용 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 석고성분으로서 탈황반수석고 및 천연무수석고를 포함하고, 유동화제와 지연제를 추가로 포함함으로써, 건축용으로 종래에 사용되던 시멘트계 모르타르가 가지는 양생시간 지연으로 인한 공기 지연, 양생시 수축에 의한 크랙 발생 등의 단점을 개선할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 배연탈황공정의 부산물로 발생되는 탈황석고를 활용하여 제조된 탈황반수석고를 사용할 수 있어서 종래 공해물질로 분류되어 폐기되거나 저부가가치 자원으로만 사용되던 부산석고를 비교적 단순한 공정을 통해 고부가가치의 제품에 경제성 있게 활용할 수 있어 소비자에게 경제적인 이익을 제공할 수 있고, 향후 부산석고 발생량 증가로 인한 문제도 해결할 수 있는 건축용 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다.
