MARBLE PANEL ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
The present invention relates to a marble panel assembly structure comprising: a marble panel having a joint groove on both sides in a longitudinal direction; and a joint member made of a longitudinal member of which both sides are engaged with each joint groove of the marble panel. A plurality of marble panel assembly structures comes in contact with each other to be joined by the joint member to form a flat surface. According to the present invention, the marble panels arranged on an installation surface are joined together by the joint member to maintain the flatness between the marble panels against an irregular load to the marble panels and the imbalance deflection of the installation surface, thereby providing a stable finishing surface for a floor and preventing damage to the marble panels caused by the irregular load. In addition to this, the marble panel assembly structure prevents the movement of the marble panels with the joint member during installation, thereby improving workability.
본 발명은 양측에 길이방향을 따라 결합홈이 형성되는 대리석 판넬; 및 상기 대리석 판넬 간의 결합홈 각각에 양쪽 측부가 끼워지는 길이부재로 이루어지는 결합부재를 포함하고, 상기 대리석 판넬이 상기 결합부재를 매개로 서로 접하도록 다수로 결합됨으로써 평면을 이루도록 하는 대리석 판넬 조립구조 및 대리석 판넬 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 설치면에 배열되는 대리석 판넬이 결합부재를 매개로 서로 결합됨으로써 대리석 판넬에 가해지는 불균일한 하중이나 설치면의 불균형 처짐 등에도 불구하고, 대리석 판넬이 이루는 면의 평편도가 일정하게 유지될 수 있으며, 이로 인해 안정적인 바닥 마감면을 제공할 수 있고, 불균일한 하중으로 인한 대리석 판넬의 파손을 방지할 수 있으며, 시공시 결합부재에 의해 대리석 판넬의 유동을 방지하여 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
