HYDAULIC CYLINDER FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
The present invention relates to a hydraulic cylinder for a construction machine, which comprises: a cylinder body forming an accommodating space for a hydraulic fluid; a rod linearly moved in accordance with inflow and outflow of the hydraulic fluid inside the cylinder body; a piston coupled on a rod to divide the accommodating space of the cylinder body into a large chamber and a small chamber; and a cover end connected to an end portion of the large chamber of the cylinder body, wherein a circular band-shaped groove is formed in a radially outer side of a surface facing the piston. Therefore, in accordance to the present invention, the hydraulic cylinder for a construction machine collects metal shards inside the hydraulic cylinder, and prevents damage to a seal inside the hydraulic cylinder.
본 발명은 건설기계용 유압실린더에 관한 것으로서, 작동유의 수용공간을 형성하는 실린더 본체; 실린더 본체 내에서 작동유의 유입 및 유출에 따라 직선운동되는 로드; 로드 상에 결합되어 실린더 본체의 수용공간을 라지챔버와 스몰챔버로 구분하는 피스톤; 및 실린더 본체의 라지챔버쪽 단부에 연결되고, 피스톤과 마주보는 면의 반경방향 외측에 원형 띠 모양의 그루브가 형성되는 커버엔드;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 건설기계용 유압실린더는 유압실린더 내부에 금속 파편들을 포집할 수 있고, 유압실린더 내부 시일의 파손을 방지할 수 있다.
