LOAD WEIGHING APPARATUS OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND METHOD THEREOF
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a load weighing apparatus and a load weighing method of construction equipment and, more specifically, to a load weighing apparatus and a load weighing method of construction equipment which can weigh a load accurately by weighing a load by applying the geometry information of construction equipment and information measured from an included sensor to the rotational dynamical equation of the construction equipment, can prevent overload during loading on a transport vehicle and can reduce costs for maintenance and repair by lifting the load by the rated capacity of an attachment.
본 발명의 실시 예는 건설 기계의 적재물 무게 측정 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건설 기계의 지오메트리(Geometry) 정보와 구비된 센서로부터 측정된 정보를 건설 기계의 회전동역학방정식(Rotational Dynamic Equation)에 반영하여 적재물의 무게를 측정함으로써, 적재되는 적재물의 중량을 정확하게 측정할 수 있고 운송차량의 적재시에도 과적을 방지할 수 있으며, 어테치먼트의 정격용량대로 리프팅할 수 있어 유지보수 비용도 절감할 수 있는, 건설 기계의 적재물 무게 측정 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
