METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRESTRESSED STEEL GIRDER
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a prestressed steel girder, including a component manufacture step for manufacturing an upper flange, a lower flange, and a web shaped into an arch convex upward; a press step for gradually mounting the lower flange, the web, and the upper flange on a press device in order and pressurizing the web to make the web be bent downward; a steel girder integration step for welding the lower flange, the web, and the upper flange to each other while the lower flange, the web, and the upper flange are prestressed; and a prestressing step for tensionally prestressing the upper flange and for compressively prestressing the lower flange by removing the press device.
본 발명은 상부플랜지, 하부플랜지 및, 상측으로 볼록하게 휘어진 아치형의 복부판을 제작하는 부품제작단계와, 프레스장치에 상기 하부플랜지, 상기 복부판, 상기 상부플랜지를 순차적으로 거치하고, 상기 복부판에 하향 휨변형이 발생하도록 가압하는 프레스단계와, 프리스트레스트가 도입된 상태에서 상기 하부플랜지와, 상기 복부판 및, 상기 하부플랜지를 용접 접합하는 강거더 일체화 단계 및, 상기 프레스장치를 제거하여 상기 상부플랜지에 인장프리스트레스를 도입하고, 상기 하부플랜지에는 압축프리스트레스를 도입하는 프리스트레스 도입단계를 포함하는 프리스트레스트 강거더의 제작방법을 제공한다.
