TRACK SWITCH HEATING UNIT APPOINTED
The present invention relates to a track switch heating unit to melt snow or frozen material stacked on a track switch in order to prevent an obstacle which is the cause of a derailment accident because adhesion and lock are impossible as a switch rail is not able to be moved from side to side, when snow is stacked between a basic rail and the switch rail because of a heavy snow, or an upper plate part to allow the switch rail to be movable from side to side is frozen because of a snowdrift. The track switch heating unit comprises: a power supply unit (100) to receive power from a power board of a machine room to supply a power source to a heater unit (500) with constant power; a temperature control unit (300) to allow the temperature of a heating element (510) of the heater unit (500) to be capable of maintaining a constant temperature with constant power all the time without any measurement; and the heater unit (500) to receive power from the power supply unit (100) to heat the heating element (510).
본 발명은 강설로 선로전환기 기본레일과 전환레일 사이에 눈이 쌓여 있거나, 전환레일이 좌우로 이동할 수 있도록 하는 상판 부위가 적설 등으로 동결되어 전환레일이 좌우이동이 불가능하게 됨에 따라 밀착과 쇄정이 불가능해져 탈선사고의 원인이 되는 장애를 예방하기 위하여 선로전환기에 쌓인 눈이나 결빙을 녹이는 선로전환기 히팅장치에 관한 것으로, 기계실 수전반으로부터 전력을 공급받아 일정 전력으로 히터부(500)에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부(100)와; 히터부(500)의 발열체(510) 온도를 측정없이 일정 전력으로 항상 일정한 온도가 유지될 수 있도록 하는 온도제어부(300)와; 전원공급부(100)에서 전력을 공급받아 발열체(510)가 발열할 수 있도록 하는 히터부(500)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
