MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR LOESS CHARCOAL PANEL HAVING EXCELLENT HEAT PRESERVATION AND LOESS CHARCOAL PANEL THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a loess charcoal plate and a loess plate manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a loess charcoal plate according to an embodiment comprises the steps of: placing a heat insulating member inside a reinforcing frame having a space formed therein; placing a heat-generating pipe in which hot water circulates in an upper part of the heat insulating member, placing a plurality of heat-retaining pipes, which are filled with a heat transfer medium, between the heat generating pipes, placing a metal net in an upper part of the heat-generating pipe and the heat-retaining pipe and thereafter filling a space between the heat insulating member and the metal net with a heat preserving member; filling a loess filler comprising loess, aggregate, plaster, lime powder, aromatic powder, superplasticizer and water in the inside of the reinforcing frame; and drying the filled loess filler.
본 발명은 황토 숯판재 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 황토 숯판재에 관한 것이다. 한 구체예에서 상기 황토 숯판재 제조방법은 내부에 공간부가 형성된 보강틀의 내부에 단열부재를 위치시키는 단계; 상기 단열부재의 상부에 온수가 내부에 순환되는 발열관, 및 상기 발열관 사이에 열전달매체가 내부에 충전되는 복수 개의 발열유지관을 배치하고, 상기 발열관 및 발열유지관의 상부에 금속망을 배치한 다음, 상기 단열부재 및 금속망 사이의 공간에 열보존부재를 충전하는 단계; 황토, 골재, 석고, 석회분말, 방향성 분말, 유동화제 및 물을 포함하는 황토충전제를 상기 보강틀 내부에 충전하는 단계; 및 상기 충전된 황토충전제를 건조하는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
