GANG FORM HAVING HORIZONTAL LEVEL MEASUREMENT FUNCTION OF CONSTRUCTION SITE
The present invention relates to a gang form having a horizontality measurement function in a construction site. Gang forms are combined and installed to be a rectangular frame on a boundary of a building for constructing an exterior wall or a slab between the floors of the building structure. On the tops of the gang forms forming two sides among the gang forms combined to the rectangular frame, horizontality measuring devices are installed to measure a horizontal smoothness of the slab. On the tops of the gang forms forming two sides in correspondence to the gang forms on which the horizontality measuring devices are installed, supports are vertically fixated to mount or dismount measurement pointers which receive laser beams irradiated from the horizontality measuring devices. As the supports are provided on the tops of the gang forms to hold and support the horizontality measuring devices and the measuring pointers, it is possible to get rid of a cumbersome work to install a level support for a horizontality measuring device to check the horizontality of every floor in the construction site, and consequently reduce installation costs. In addition, since the horizontality of a gang form moved to form a floor of the building structure is measured based on the stably built gang forms, a horizontality finishing work which is carried out later when a slab is completely built can be skipped; thereby possibly greatly reducing construction costs and the time to finish the construction.
본 발명은 건설현장의 수평레벨 측정기능을 갖는 갱폼에 관한 것으로서, 건축구조물의 외벽 및 층간의 슬라브 시공을 위해 건물 외곽에 사각형틀이 되도록 조합 설치되어 콘크리트의 타설이 이루어지도록 한 갱폼에 있어서, 사각형틀로 조합되는 갱폼 중 두 변을 이루는 갱폼의 상단에는 슬라브의 수평 평활도를 측정하기 위한 수평레벨 측정기 및 수평레벨 측정기가 설치된 갱폼과 상호 대응되어 두 변을 이루는 갱폼의 상단에는 수평레벨 측정기로부터 조사되는 레이저 빔을 수신받는 측정포인터를 탈부착하기 위한 지지대가 수직으로 고정 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는바, 갱폼 상단에 수평레벨 측정기 및 측정포인터를 거치하여 지지할 수 있는 지지대를 더 구비하여 줌으로써, 건축시공 현장에서 매 층의 수평확인시에 수평레벨 측정기를 설치하기 위한 레벨 거치대 설치의 번거로움을 없애 설치비용을 줄일 수 있고, 건축구조물로부터 층간형성을 위해 이동하는 갱폼은 안정되게 구축된 갱폼을 통해 수평측정이 이루어져 향후 슬라브 시공이 완성된 상태에서 행하여지는 수평마감작업을 생략할 수 있기 때문에 시공비용과 공기를 현저히 단축시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a gang form having a horizontality measurement function in a construction site. Gang forms are combined and installed to be a rectangular frame on a boundary of a building for constructing an exterior wall or a slab between the floors of the building structure. On the tops of the gang forms forming two sides among the gang forms combined to the rectangular frame, horizontality measuring devices are installed to measure a horizontal smoothness of the slab. On the tops of the gang forms forming two sides in correspondence to the gang forms on which the horizontality measuring devices are installed, supports are vertically fixated to mount or dismount measurement pointers which receive laser beams irradiated from the horizontality measuring devices. As the supports are provided on the tops of the gang forms to hold and support the horizontality measuring devices and the measuring pointers, it is possible to get rid of a cumbersome work to install a level support for a horizontality measuring device to check the horizontality of every floor in the construction site, and consequently reduce installation costs. In addition, since the horizontality of a gang form moved to form a floor of the building structure is measured based on the stably built gang forms, a horizontality finishing work which is carried out later when a slab is completely built can be skipped; thereby possibly greatly reducing construction costs and the time to finish the construction.
본 발명은 건설현장의 수평레벨 측정기능을 갖는 갱폼에 관한 것으로서, 건축구조물의 외벽 및 층간의 슬라브 시공을 위해 건물 외곽에 사각형틀이 되도록 조합 설치되어 콘크리트의 타설이 이루어지도록 한 갱폼에 있어서, 사각형틀로 조합되는 갱폼 중 두 변을 이루는 갱폼의 상단에는 슬라브의 수평 평활도를 측정하기 위한 수평레벨 측정기 및 수평레벨 측정기가 설치된 갱폼과 상호 대응되어 두 변을 이루는 갱폼의 상단에는 수평레벨 측정기로부터 조사되는 레이저 빔을 수신받는 측정포인터를 탈부착하기 위한 지지대가 수직으로 고정 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는바, 갱폼 상단에 수평레벨 측정기 및 측정포인터를 거치하여 지지할 수 있는 지지대를 더 구비하여 줌으로써, 건축시공 현장에서 매 층의 수평확인시에 수평레벨 측정기를 설치하기 위한 레벨 거치대 설치의 번거로움을 없애 설치비용을 줄일 수 있고, 건축구조물로부터 층간형성을 위해 이동하는 갱폼은 안정되게 구축된 갱폼을 통해 수평측정이 이루어져 향후 슬라브 시공이 완성된 상태에서 행하여지는 수평마감작업을 생략할 수 있기 때문에 시공비용과 공기를 현저히 단축시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
