The present invention relates to a ladder with a safety bar and, more specifically, a ladder with a safety bar, which can maximize economic feasibility to space efficiency and transport costs by minimizing the volume thereof during storage and transport. The ladder comprises: a first supporting board which is supported by the ground, and includes multiple horizontal bars; a fixating bracket whose one end unit is fixated to the upper part of the first supporting board; a second supporting board which is coupled with the other end unit of the fixating bracket in order to rotate; a footboard which is installed between the first supporting board and the second supporting board, is coupled toward the second supporting board in order to rotate, and provides a work space; a safety bar which is installed in an N-shape toward the outer side from the fixating bracket in order to ensure the safety of a worker; and rotary devices which are installed in the first supporting board and the second supporting board, respectively, in order to fold the first and second supporting boards. In addition, the rotary device comprises: a circular first rotating unit where a groove is formed along the outer circumferential surface; a circular second rotating unit which is inserted into the groove on the first rotating unit for rotation; and a hinge shaft which penetrates the center of the first rotating unit and the second rotating unit for shaft coupling. Moreover, the ladder includes a fixating device at the top unit in order to provide safe working conditions.
본 발명은 안전바가 구비된 사다리에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 보관 및 운송시 부피를 최소화하여 공간의 효율성 및 운송비용에 대한 경제성을 최대화한 안전바가 구비된 사다리에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 지면에 지지되며, 복수의 가로바를 포함하는 제1지지대상기 제1지지대의 상부에 일단부가 고정된 고정브라켓상기 고정브라켓의 타단부에 회동 가능하게 결합된 제2지지대상기 제1지지대와 제2지지대 사이에 설치되되 일측을 중심으로 제2지지대를 향해 회동가능하게 결합되며, 작업공간을 제공하는 발판상기 고정브라켓으로 부터 외측을 향해 'ㄷ'자 형태로 설치되어 작업자의 안전을 제공하는 안전바제1지지대와 제2지지대에 각각 설치되며, 상기 제1지지대 및 제2지지대를 절첩시키는 회동장치를 포함하되,상기 회동장치는,외주면을 따라 홈이 형성된 원형의 제1회전부와, 상기 제1회전부의 홈에 삽입되어 회전되는 원형의 제2회전부와, 상기 제1회전부 및 제2회전부의 중앙을 관통하여 축 결합된 힌지축을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전바가 구비된 사다리를 제공한다. 또한, 상단부에 고정장치를 착용시켜 안전한 작업요건을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a ladder with a safety bar and, more specifically, a ladder with a safety bar, which can maximize economic feasibility to space efficiency and transport costs by minimizing the volume thereof during storage and transport.
