COLD STORAGE
The present invention relates to a cold storage and, more specifically, to a cold storage capable of increasing an insulation effect to reduce electricity consumption by forming a wall part and a roof part having an air layer and reducing manufacturing costs and hours by having a simple work process as a worker in a specific field can attach panels to the front and rear sides of angular pipes without experts in various fields, such as a foundation work, a frame work, and others, unlike an existing cold storage. According to the present invention, the cold storage for constantly maintaining a cold state using a cooling device comprises: H-beams being in contact with the ground to form a rectangular border; a plate-shaped floor part arranged in the upper part of the H-beams; angular wall pipes vertically installed while being separated from the upper part of the floor part at a predetermined distance and having an air layer formed in a space as much as the thickness to maintain insulation; wall parts having a first wall installed inside the angular wall pipes and a second wall installed in the outside of the angular wall pipes; and a roof part for closing a space formed by the floor part and the wall parts.
본 발명은 저온 저장고에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 종래의 저온저장고와 달리 바닥 기초공사나 골조공사등 여러 분야의 기술자를 필요로 하지 않고 한 분야의 기술자가 각파이프를 중심으로 앞뒤로 판넬을 부착하여 공기층을 형성한 벽체부와 지붕부를 구성하여 단열효과를 높여 전기 사용량이 절감되며, 작업공정이 간단하여 제작비용 및 시간을 절감할 수 있는 저온 저장고에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 저온 저장고는 냉각장치에 의해 저온상태를 일정하게 유지하는 저온 저장고에 있어서, 지면에 접하여 사각테두리를 형성하는 H빔; 상기 H빔 상부에 판형태의 바닥부; 상기 바닥부 상부에 일정한 이격거리를 가지며 수직하게 부설되되, 두께만큼의 공간에 단열유지를 위한 공기층을 형성하는 벽체각파이프; 상기 벽체각파이프 내측에 부설되어 있는 제1벽체와, 상기 벽체각파이프 외측에 부설되어 있는 제2벽체로 이루어진 벽체부; 및 상기 바닥부와 벽체부로 형성된 공간을 폐쇄하는 지붕부;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
