INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to an architectural interior and exterior material, which has convenience in construction and superior durability, an earthquake-resistant property, an impact-resistant property, or the like, and a construction method of the same. The present invention comprises: a wall fix bracket (3) fixed to a wall (1) by an anchor bolt (2); a panel fix bracket (5) fixed by a fixing bolt (4a) and a fixing nut (4b); a panel (8) having a panel upper bracket (7) formed on an upper part thereof, the panel upper bracket (7) having a header coupling groove (7a), into which a bolt header is locked to be fixed to the panel fix bracket (5) through a fixing bolt (6a) and a fixing nut (6b), formed thereon; a panel under bracket (9), which is fixed to a lower part of the panel (8) and has a nut coupling groove (9a) formed thereon, the fixing nut (6b) being fittingly inserted into the nut coupling groove (9a); adhesive (11), which fills and is harden in the nut coupling groove (9a); and a finish material (12), which fills and is harden in a gap between the panel (8) fixed to the wall (1) and a neighboring panel (8).
본 발명은 시공 편의성, 내구성, 내진성, 내충격성 등이 우수한 건축용 내외장재 및 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 벽체(1)에 앵커볼트(2)로 고정된 월픽스브라켓(3)과 고정볼트/너트(4a,4b)로 고정되는 패널픽스브라켓(5)과; 상기 패널픽스브라켓(5)에 고정볼트/너트(6a,6b)로 고정되도록 볼트 헤더가 걸림결합되는 헤더결합홈(7a)이 형성된 패널어퍼브라켓(7)을 상부에 갖는 패널(8)과; 상기 패널(8) 하부에는 상기 너트(6b)가 끼움삽입되는 너트결합홈(9a)이 형성된 패널언더브라켓(9)이 고정되며; 상기 너트결합홈(9a)에 충진, 경화되는 접착제(11)와; 상기 벽체(1)에 고정된 패널(8)과 이웃하는 패널(8) 사이의 간극(t)에 충진, 경화되는 마감재(12)로 이루어지는 건축용 내외장재 및 시공방법에 특징이 있는 것이다.
