ORGANIC·INORGANIC COMPOSITE FOR INTUMESCENCE FIREPROOF COATING
The present invention relates to an organic and inorganic composite intumescent fireproof coating material composition and, more specifically, to an organic and inorganic composite intumescent fireproof coating material composition, which performs excellent thermal barrier properties and flame interrupting properties by generating a carbonized layer and an intumescent layer during a fire using a solution mixed with: an inorganic particulate material capable of generating the carbonized layer and the intumescent layer during a fire as a material of flame blockage and thermal barrier performances; ammonium polyphosphate as a dehydrating agent; a melamine resin and a water-soluble acryl-based emulsion resin as a foaming agent; and 75 wt% of alcohol and 25 wt% of water as a solvent.
