ARCH TYPE INTERLOCKING CAISSON BREAKWATER
The present invention relates to an arch type interlocking caisson breakwater capable of preventing differential settlement due to activity destruction as a breakwater is interlocked in the integral behavior form in action of a wave by an arch form curved toward an outport, dispersing stress in a mutual joining surface of a supporting force and a frictional force, and not generating the stem wave phenomenon due to arch curvature regardless of the moving direction of a wave and being easily replaced at the same time. According to the present invention, caisson blocks are continuously arranged in the form of an arch uplifted toward the open sea, and a filling member inserted for a support function and a friction function between the caisson blocks. Moreover, when an open sea wave acts on the caisson block, the caisson block is pushed out in the form of an arch and integrally interlocked. Moreover, the caisson block is formed to ensure stability to correspond in the integral form and to reduce a stem wave due to arch curvature. Therefore, the present invention has effects of corresponding in the integral form by mutual close adhesion as being pushed toward an inner harbor when an action force of a wave protruding toward the open sea is applied, and not continuously generating a stem wave along the front of a breakwater after a wave is ran into due to arch curvature.
