The present invention relates to an attachment of a mooring post (100) as a port facility for a berth, wherein the attachment is made of an elastic membrane and made up of a closed head (21) and an opening (22) to coat a surface of the mooring post (10) by covering the mooring post (10). According to the present invention, the mooring post covering bag effectively prevents corrosion of the surface of the mooring post (10); thereby preventing damage to the mooring post (10), and prevents a decrease in performance and appearance of the mooring post (10).
