The present invention relates to a panel for manufacturing a concrete block, composed of an installation panel, and a buttress unit and a reinforcing unit which are connected to the inner surface of the installation panel. Accordingly, the present invention obtains effects of preventing labor and time from being wasted by reducing the number of working steps of additionally installing or removing the buttress unit, when forming a mold, by mounting the buttress unit inside the installation panel. In addition, the present invention obtains effects of securing the soundness of a working environment and preventing workers from getting injured by forming the buttress unit inside the panel to reduce the range of a bolt shaft and a coupling nut protruding to the outside of the panel. The present invention is capable of preventing a change in position or an escape of the buttress unit by mounting the buttress unit. The present invention can reinforce the panel by mounting the buttress unit inside the panel. Moreover, a separate horizontal material is not required as the horizontality of the panels, which are interconnected, is maintained when forming the mold by mounting the buttress unit. Furthermore, the present invention is capable of increasing a reinforcing force to reduce the deformation of the panels when placing concrete, due to the reinforcing unit formed inside the panel, and reducing the overall weight by partially cutting the reinforcing unit.
