The present invention relates to a roll blind type insulation device having improved thermal performance, wherein a double fabric is lowered within a guide rail to cut off and minimize heat transmitted from the outside. In addition to this, the roll blind type insulation device prevents air in a space between a window and the fabric from flowing in to a room through an upper finishing member fixated to a space between a guide member and an indoor wall, and makes part of the sunlight be reflected to the outside of the window through a reflection member coated on an outer side of the fabric to reduce an amount of radiant heat transmitted to the room; thereby reducing production costs and maximizing an efficiency of thermal insulation.
