COASTAL EROSION PREVENTION AND AUTO SEDIMENTATION APPARATUS OF LOST SAND
The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent coastal erosion and to automatically deposit swept sand to be lifted or lowered in a direction of flow of the seawater to be opened and closed in order to prevent coastal erosion, and to allow the automatic sedimentation of swept sand. The apparatus to prevent coastal erosion and to automatically deposit swept sand comprises: a pair of fixating supports installed in the inclined coastal ground at a distance from each other; and an opening and closing plate of which both rear ends are fixated to a top of the fixating supports to be rotated, of which the front end is placed to face the coast made of a material having a greater specific gravity than seawater. The front end of the opening and closing plate comes in contact with the coastal ground. The front end of the opening and closing plate floats when a tide comes in or comes in contact with the coastal ground when the tide goes out, while the rear end of the opening and closing plate is fixated to the fixating supports.
