EXTRUDING TYPE MULTILAYER CONCRETE PANEL MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a successive multi-layer concrete panel manufacturing apparatus comprising an outer plate (2) and a filler (1). A conveyor is configured wherein a closed belt (10) in a plane view is closely coupled to a plurality of rollers in an inclined state and thereby the roller is rotated and the belt (10) is circulated, a pair of conveyors are installed to face each other and disposed symmetrically in a plane view, an input pipe (21) is installed to input an infill (1) concrete between the pair of conveyor belts (10), therefore, as an outer plate (2), which is adhered to the belt between the conveyors at both sides, is transferred, simultaneously, an infill (1) concrete is inputted and charged between the outer plates (2) so as to discharge multi-layer concrete panels successively. In the present invention, it is possible to manufacture multi-layer concrete panels without the need for a mold, and productivity can also be improved remarkably and it is possible to manufacture panels of various sizes freely.
