The present invention relates to a separable low noise form. According to the present invention, the separable low noise form (100) comprises: a frame (110) including a first frame (113) having a polygonal plane and a second frame (115) provided inside the first frame (113); and a joint part (120) made of an elastic material to be fixated to an inner side of the corner of the first frame (113) or to a space between the first and second frames (113, 115), wherein a panel (140) is joined to both sides of the joint part (120) exposed from the frame (110) by a fastening unit (130).
