The present invention relates to a device to black fog in a road, capable of inducing safe driving by securing the sight of a driver by blocking fog around a road. The device comprises a fog blocking fence (100) vertically installed along both edges of a road; a fluid pressurizing device (200) receiving a fluid from the outside to compress the fluid at predetermined pressure; a fluid curtain forming device (300) including a fluid spray nozzle forming a fluid curtain to block the fog by receiving the fluid of the fluid pressurizing device and then spraying the fluid in a longitudinal direction of the fog blocking fence; and a pressure control valve (B) installed between the fluid curtain forming device and the fluid pressurizing device to be opened when the fluid pressure is higher than set pressure or closed when the fluid pressure is lower than the set pressure.
