The present invention provides a pipeline connection device of a concrete manhole to have improved watertightness by accepting a connection member in a pipe connection hole on the side of a manhole, wherein the connection member has a movable round portion; and to allow the active connection in accordance with the specifications of a drain pipe to be connected. To achieve this, the pipeline connection device of a concrete manhole includes the connection member having the round portion made by injection molding. A screw portion is provided at the front end of the connection member to be assembled to a screw portion of a connector inside the manhole. A band is provided on the other side of the connection member to be connected to the drain pipe to allow the integration and connection. The connection member has the movable round portion to respond to ground subsidence to allow the joint between the manhole and the drain pipe to be tightened and supported.
