CASING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING IN-SITU CONCRETE PILE
The present invention relates to a concrete pile casting device and to a concrete pile constructing method using the same, wherein the operation of combining a bolt, which is necessary for assembling the casing of a cast to construct a concrete pile, is minimized by configuring the casing of the cast to be able to be assembled and disassembled using an external frame and a vertical tube, and the operation of assembling a pile cast in a high place or underwater is facilitated. The casting device for an in-situ concrete pile comprises; a pair of cast casings (1a, 1b); an external frame (2) composed of a horizontal frame member (20) and a vertical connection frame member (21); a fixed combination member (201) and a moving combination member (202); and an elastic tube (3) extending long in a lengthwise direction, and a expansion member (4), wherein the first and second case casings (1a, 1b) are combined with each other by moving the moving combination member (202) by the expansion of the elastic tube (3) and the contraction of the expansion member (4), and the first and second cast casings (1a, 1b) are separated from each other and the cast is removed by extending a gap between the moving combination member (202) and the fixed combination member (201) by the expansion of the expansion member (4) and the contraction of the elastic tube (3) after finishing the manufacture of the concrete pile.
