The present invention relates to a weak ground draining device. The device includes at least two vertical drain pipes vertically inserted into weak ground to be arranged in parallel to each other, and discharging pore water included in the weak ground in an upper direction; at least two horizontal drain pipes horizontally arranged on the weak ground; a connecting unit connecting an upper part of the vertical drain pipes a longitudinal side of the horizontal drain pipes to guide the pore water, discharged through the vertical drain pipes, to the horizontal drain pipes; and a drain unit discharging the pore water out of the weak ground by collecting the pore water, discharged to the other longitudinal side of the horizontal drain pipes. According to the present invention, the weak ground draining device discharges the pore water through a drain pipe instead of an extra horizontal drain layer, manufactured of sand or pebbles, and therefore, costs for building the horizontal drain layer are saved, the drain performance of the pore water is improved, and construction costs are saved by recycling materials for discharging the pore water.
