INTERIOR PANEL USING NATURAL SUBSTANCE SOIL AND MAUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an interior panel, and more specifically, to a panel which can form various types of patterns using natural substance soil to be used for lighting, decoration, or interior design. According to the present invention, an interior panel using natural substance soil comprises: a plate-shaped substrate; a bonding layer wherein an adhesive is bonded on an upper surface of the substrate; a base soil layer injected on the bonding layer to be applied, and having no cracking phenomenon by heat dry; and a surface soil layer injected on the base soil layer to be applied, and made of a natural substance soil material containing natural pigments having a cracking phenomenon by heat dry. By hot-air drying, in the surface soil layer, the cracking phenomenon expresses various cracking patterns in accordance with a position, and the base soil layer is exposed to a cracking portion to be shown, thereby expressing a new design image.
