The present invention relates to a ring shaped steel block type debris barrier. The debris barrier has a water channel unit formed between banks. A plurality of bent angle members are vertically and horizontally connected to form the debris barrier, and a plurality of steel blocks having a trapezoid shape wherein a filler such as a natural rock or a crushed stone is filled are connected and stacked in a circular shape to form a barrier body unit. Moreover, the present invention has a fixed key unit burying a partial steel block of a lower portion of the barrier body unit in the water channel unit of the bank.
