The present invention relates to an electric floor heating panel comprising a far-infrared coating layer. The electric floor heating panel comprises: a housing which includes a bending part formed as each edge of a steel plate is bent, and a hot wire fixedly arranged in zigzags on the bottom surface thereof; a finishing material which finishes the lower side of the housing; a foamed resin for filling the inside of the housing; and a far-infrared coating layer coated on the upper surface of the housing. The far-infrared coating layer includes in wt%: 30-40 wt% of one or more far-infrared radiation materials selected among loess, charcoal, jade, mineral stone, mica, ceramic and shells; 6-10 wt% of a ferric oxide powder; 2-4 wt% of yttria; 10-20 wt% of paraffin wax; 4-6 wt% of wood flour; 1-3 wt% of polyoxyethylene; 10-15 wt% of a natural binder; and the remainder of water.
