The present invention relates to a door lock switch assembly of a vehicle, particularly, which comprises: a key insertion unit; a rotor case coupled to the key insertion unit; a rotor equipped inside the rotor case to authenticate a key inserted from the inside of the rotor case to the key insertion unit, and to be rotated by linking in accordance with rotation of the key after the authentication; and a lock rod connected one end unit with the rotor to be rotated by linking rotation of the rotor, and connected the other end unit with a door latch assembly. The rock rod is inserted with the other end unit to an insertion groove formed on the door latch assembly, and integrally injection-molded with a noise control rubber unit to reduce assembly tolerance on the other end unit, thereby preventing operation noise, reducing clearance tolerance, and improving mobility of distribution and assembly.
