The present invention relates to a form for an outer wall of a concrete structure to secure the quality of concrete and reduce a construction period by preventing the freezing and thawing of concrete in hot and cold weather and to reduce cost by eliminating the use of form oil. To achieve this, the plastic gang form comprises: a plastic plate material to form the shape of a concrete structure; a horizontal material installed on the rear side of the plastic plate material; a vertical material to cross the horizontal material in a vertical direction; a lifting ring fixated to the vertical material; and an angle and flat iron installed at an end of the plastic material.
