APPARATUS FOR CONVERTING AUTO-MANUAL MODES OF LIFT SLIDING WINDOW AND LIFT SLIDING WINDOW USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a lifting apparatus capable of automatic and manual conversion, which can automatically lift a lift sliding window and lift the same by switching from an automatic mode to a manual mode when a driving unit breaks down, and to a lift sliding window including the same. To this end, the driving unit (110) for the lifting apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a housing (111) installed on an indoor side of the window frame (20); a driving motor (113) fixedly installed in the housing (111); a shaft (117) which is engaged with a rotary shaft (113a) of the driving motor (113), with a train of gears (115) as a medium, to be rotated by interlocking with the rotary shaft, and has a wrench coupling unit (165) arranged on one side end thereof to be exposed to the outside of the housing (111); and a clutch gear (163) which is engaged between the train of gears (115) and the shaft (117) and thus connects each other, is coupled to be slid in the axial direction, and is elastically supported in one direction. In a state of temporarily blocking a connection with the driving motor (113) by pressurizing and transferring the clutch gear (163) in the other direction, the present invention can manually rotate and control the shaft (117) by inserted and coupled a handle or a wrench (W) to the wrench coupling unit (165).
