An additional urinal tank and an additional urinal outlet and an additional urinal lever are installed inside a water tank of a toilet bowl which is currently used. A user can save 24-30 l of water for a person per day since a 4 l of a water volume of the additional urinal tank is discharged when the user urinates. The user can use only 6 l of the water of the toilet bowl tank having 10 l of the water where 4 l of the water of the urinal tank is reduced when the user defecates. 4 l of the urinal water tank has an additional outlet cover and the additional urinal cover, and the present invention only discharges 6 l of the water of the toilet bowl when the user defecates. The present invention improves economic efficiency of a household and a national environment.
