The present invention relates to an insect-proof net device. More specifically, the insect-proof net is simply and firmly fixated. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the insect-proof net device capable of securing firm fixedness although the insect-proof net is the non-metallic insect-proof net having high smoothness such as a nylon yarn. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises: an insect-proof frame member where an insertion groove is formed in a longitudinal direction on one side; an elongated fixing member inserted and fixated into the insertion groove of the insect-proof net frame member; and locking pieces extended in the direction facing each other in an upper end of the insertion groove of the insect-proof net frame member. The elongated fixing member comprises: a plate-shaped piece; and a pair of insertion pieces parallel extended from one surface of the plate-shaped piece. A locking protrusion locked by the locking piece is formed in the insertion piece while the elongated fixing member is inserted into the insertion groove.
