The present invention relates to a guardrail and, more specifically, to a guardrail enabling a horizontal rod of the guardrail, which is to be stood upright on the ground surface, to be simply assembled and joined to vertical rods in a work site and enabling the horizontal rod to be parallel to the ground surface according to an inclined angle of the ground surface by freely adjusting an angle of the horizontal rod joined to a lateral surface of the vertical rod while the vertical rod of the guardrail is stood perpendicularly regardless of the inclined angle of the ground surface. The guardrail includes multiple vertical rods stood perpendicularly on the ground surface at constant intervals and the horizontal rods installed between multiple vertical rods at constant intervals. The guardrail includes a fixed pipe body fixated to the outer circumference of the vertical rod and receiving the end of the horizontal rod and a locking unit joined to both ends of the horizontal rod and locked by being inserted into the fixed pipe body. The locking unit is characterized by including a finish cap having a receiving space to be inserted into the inner side of the end of the horizontal rod; a locking protrusion elastically supported by an elastic unit inside the receiving space of the finish cap; and a locking hole formed on one side of the fixed pipe body and enabling the locking protrusion to be inserted and locked.
