Disclosed are an acrylate resin composition for coating concrete capable of reducing hardening time and a method for coating acrylate using the same. According to the present invention, an acrylate resin composition for coating concrete comprises, in weight percent: 50-90% of an acrylate oligomer; 5-90% of an acrylate monomer; 1-10% of a photocatalyst; and less than 4% of an additive.
