A MIXTURE FOR THE BLOCK MANUFACTURED BY INJECTION MOLDING
The present invention relates to a mixture for injection-molding a block and, more specifically, to a new technology for using the block for building or interior decoration by forming the mixture made of multiple inorganic materials and forming the block using the mixture. The mixture for injection-molding the block according to the present invention means the technology capable of forming the block using eco-friendly materials and feldspar and thereafter using the block for building or interior decoration. The present invention facilitates the mass production for the blocks by injection-molding the blocks using the mixture obtained by mixing feldspar as a main component and various kinds of inorganic components. As the rapid mass production of the blocks is possible at low cost, the production cost for bricks and blocks for building is reduced. In addition, the block is capable of being used for various kinds of interior decorative items and enables a housewife or unskilled persons to decorate a space. As the prefabricated block is easily assembled and separated like Lego. Accordingly, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a new block manufacturing technology capable of easily manufacturing and separating the blocks. The present invention relates to the mixture for injection-molding the block capable of being rapidly and massively produced at low cost. Unlike an existing building material, the block is capable of being injection-molded. The block is capable of manufactured into various designs by injection-molding, thereby being utilized for interior decorative items. In addition, the block is capable of being easily assembled and separated. Therefore, the block can be utilized for various purposes such as a building material, interior decorative item, a design pot and the like.
